Ashbrookes Group forms strategic partnership with NextGen Finance

Ashbrookes Group has announced a new strategic partnership with NextGen Finance, expanding the range of services it can offer to homeowners, investors and property developers across the North East.

The collaboration marks a significant milestone for Ashbrookes, which operates estate agency branches in Middlesbrough, Yarm and Sunderland, as well as a successful property development arm.

The new partnership will see the business offer a comprehensive suite of financial services alongside its core sales and lettings activities, helping more clients unlock property opportunities.

Through its agreement with NextGen Finance, a Newcastle-based brokerage firm with offices on the Quayside and part of the national Simpli Financial Solutions network, Ashbrookes can now provide mortgage brokerage services to help homeowners find the right deal for residential or buy-to-let mortgages to support property investors in securing attractive opportunities, and development loans that empower builders and developers with the financial support needed to move their projects forward.

This service expansion strengthens Ashbrookes’ ability to support all aspects of the property journey, from buying, selling and renting, to developing and financing.
