Ashbrookes Group Directors started a new Estate Agency business, Ashbrookes, from the ground up at the start of the covid lockdowns. They grew this business from zero sales and 150 Lets, to a thriving business which is first or second (by volume) within Middlesbrough and employs 6 staff. The Estate Agent business was expanded to include property sourcing, design and build under the Ashbrookes Group brand.
The business has developed 223 units since 2014, with a GDV of circa £20M, achieving a capital growth of 25%. There is a current pipeline of new work with a GDV of £32M, to be completed over the next 2 years.
